A dive beneath the surface in the challenge of a lifetime. 12 young men set out on a journey trying to prove to themselves and the Navy that they are capable of pulling through the most demanding training the Finnish armed forces have to offer. The main characters experience trials and tribulations before some of them reach their own goals. The film crew follows the trainees from the safety of the training pool all the way to the depths of the dark murky waters of the Finnish archipelago.
